The Jewish Community of Maui offers many options for celebrating a Destination Bar/Bat Mitzvah. As a pluralistic community we provide a welcoming space for most Jewish observances and practices. Our goal is to create a ceremony that is joyous and meaningful.

Information on BM Pricing 

Ceremonies can only be held at the Synagogue contingent on availability of space and a Rabbi or Lay Leader.

The pricing below can be adjusted to the needs of your family.

Simple ceremony - $1680 On-island Members (This includes family membership and its benefits. 

Off Island Members $1060.00

• In-person rehearsal at the Shul / location of B Mitzvah

• Ceremony itself

Challah and wine are provided for Shabbat morning services at the synagogue.

If the family would like to host a seudat mitzvah (festive meal) after the ceremony in the sanctuary, there is an additional fee of $300

Family must provide their own food and beverages. Only unopened kosher items are allowed in the kitchen. We do work with a kosher caterer and can provide their information upon request.
