We are a kehilla. After Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur, I (Ellyn) feel it more than ever. Even by Zoom, we were together and connected. In 5781, let's celebrate kehilla.
Yes, we are a congregation...and even more, we are a Jewish community who supports each other, plays together, grieves together, cares together, lays rocks for others with love at a Yizkor service, delivers prayer books, we are Jews together- we respect our differences and embrace what we share. Â

Sukkot Needs: The sukkah is built...and it needs decorations, greens, & flowers. If you and your family can help decorate, just pop over and add what you have before Thursday night...it's not the same as being all together on a Sunday morning to decorate, but that won't stop us from having our traditional and festive sukkah.Â
Please email admin@mauijews.org to reserve your time in the JCM sukkah, we'd love to have you! We will have the prayers and Lulav and etrog for you to use.

Join us for the inaugural First Friday Zoom Family Kabbalat Shabbat led by Samdra Razieli. This will be a short service where we will welcome Shabbat together with candle lighting and song. It’s an opportunity to experience the warmth of community while experiencing the warmth of the candles in our own homes.Â
