JCM was awarded a grant for $150,000 dedicated to increasing and upgrading the security of our building and our property...YAY! Ellyn spent several months working on the application and supporting documentation - including getting a risk assessment from local authorities. JCM will have three years to spend the funds (sounds like a lot, but with shipping of materials and permitting, it could take a while), and we will update you on the security measures that are coming.

THE KITCHEN! The sliding doors are out. We insulated the wall and closed it up. That wall will soon have a cooktop with more countertop workspace and more storage! It is already so much cooler in there at all times of the day with the newly insulated walls. Thanks for your patience while we work on this exciting project!
